Refund / Replacement
Unfortunately as every bag is made to order we can not offer a refund on the products unless faulty or incorrectly supplied to you. In such cases please contact us in writing (or email) noting any damage or error in supply within 14 days of delivery. Prior to returning any products to us, please also telephone us and we will arrange for return of the goods.
Delivery
Delivery is calculated by weight and destination. Every bag is handmade once ordered therefore whilst every effort will be made to dispatch your goods within 14 days of ordering, please allow 28 for delivery. We will contact you if there is to be a delay in the dispatch of your goods.
Liability
Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by Susannah Hunter’s negligence, Susannah Hunter shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage (such term to include without limitation economic loss, administrative and overhead costs, loss of profits (whether direct or indirect), business, contracts, revenues, goodwill, production and anticipated savings of every description, loss).
Susannah Hunter shall not be liable to you by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of Susannah Hunter’s obligations in relation to the product if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Susannah Hunter’s reasonable control.
Susannah Hunter’s liability to you in all other instances shall not exceed the value of the product ordered by you.
